How to use e-Campaigns to publicise your Sussex based events

24 August 2016 15:14

Getting the word out about your local events can be a challenge, particularly if you are based in a remote location. What are e-campaigns and how can they help?

What are e-campaigns?

E-campaigns simply stands for email campaigns and refers to using a bulk email tool to send customers or contacts a 'campaign' about your business. These can be used as newsletters or targetted, promotional emails.

Khoo Web Services use the iPages platform to send e-campaigns as the software provides extensive reports and a CRM functionality alongside the e-campaign tool.

How can e-campaigns help you publicise your Sussex based events?

An e-campaign is a powerful marketing tool. According to DMA, email marketing has an ROI of 3800%. With McKinsey estimating that employees spend 13 working hours a week behind emails, we all know that email is one of easiest routes to reach customers.

When Bradley Stoves Sussex were holding an open day mid-August, Khoo Web Services supported them through creating a tailored e-campaign advertising the event.

With over 20% of emails being opened and active engagement through clicks, Bradley Stoves were pleased with the email response. The event was well attended, partially due to the e-campaign marketing.
